Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Upon contact with us at  @hokulele.swim@gmail.com  we can discuss options for alterations or exchanges with the exemption of used or customer damaged products.

Exchanges.

Only applies to items that are, damaged or defective. in which case we will cover the cost you are charge for shipment as long as you dm us an email/ direct message of the package costs.

Returns 

We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not accept returns. We only accept exchanges. 

Shipping 

We are not reliable for purchased product once it has been shipped, we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged products due to shipping carrier.
